Description
The 2024 Decko white wine is a fresh low alcohol white blend. Perfect for out on the “deck” on a summer day. This year’s blend is made from two Italian varietals. It’s 68% Vermentino and 32% Malvasia Bianca.
The varietals were harvested separately and kept separate during the winemaking process until blended for bottling. The grapes were harvested early in the cool morning, destemmed and then pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After fermentation, the wines were racked once and remained in stainless tanks until blended into the bottling tank.
