Tasting Notes

Winemaking

The grapes were hand picked early in the morning, crushed, left on the skins over night and then pressed into a stainless steel barrel for fermentation. It was inoculated with wine yeast and fermented to dryness. The wine was racked once. Bottling took place after 10 months of aging.
