Description
Picpoul is an ancient grape from the south of France known for crisp acidity. This rendition is crisp, low-alcohol with a medium body and flavors of green apples and lime.
The grapes were crushed and de-stemmed and then immediately pressed and the juice put into a neutral French oak barrel to ferment. The wine remained in the oak barrel to age for 8 months. It was topped monthly and then was bottled.
