Description
Picpoul is an ancient grape from the south of France known for crisp acidity. This rendition is crisp, low-alcohol with a medium body and flavors of green apple, lime, minerals and a hint of flowers.
The grapes were crushed and de-stemmed and then immediately pressed and the juice put into a stainless steel barrel to ferment. The wine remained in the barrel to age for 8 months. It was racked once during aging and bottled.
