Description

The 2020 Malvasia Bianca is a fresh, low alcohol wine with vibrant floral notes.

The Malvasia Bianca was made with grapes from the Wheeler Vineyard in Yolo County. The grapes were picked early in the morning, then crushed and pressed into a stainless steel tank. Wine yeast and malolactic bacteria were added to the tank. The wine fermented to dryness (0% residual sugar) and converted all malic acid to lactic acid. The wine was aged for 7 months in the stainless steel tank.
