The 2023 Decko white wine is a fresh low alcohol white blend. Perfect for out on the “deck” on a summer day. The blend is 35% Chenin blanc, 32% Colombard and 33% Riesling. The aromas exhibit peach, nectarine almond, grapefruit, flowers and minerals.
Each grape was destemmed and then pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After fermentation, the wines from each grape were racked once and remained in stainless tanks until blended into the bottling tank.
