Description
The 2024 Primitivo rosé is a salmon color.
The grapes were harvested early in the cool morning, crushed and de-stemmed, and then allowed to sit overnight to gain color and flavor from the skins. Pressing was done the next morning to separate the juice from the skins. The juice was put into a stainless steel barrel to ferment. The wine remained in the stainless steel barrel to age for 8 months and then was bottled.
